Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies from DePaul University, and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. Prior to working at CAPS, she has worked in intimate partner violence, school social work, community mental health, and residential treatment settings. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona and an AZBBHE-approved clinical supervisor. Melissa is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher.
